By placing an order on www.andreeapreda.com you agree with the following:

1. All international packages are shipped using the priority mail service with a tracking number.

2. All items will be shipped in a minimum of 4 to a maximum of 10 working (business) days after the confirmation e-mail received when placing the order, otherwise, the client has the right to cancel the order if the shipping confirmation e-mail was not received after 10 working days from the date of the order confirmation.

3. Even though www.andreeapreda.com makes all the efforts to keep the workflow as smooth as we can, due to reasons out of our reach like the worldwide COVID-19 pandemic, all international delivery can be subject to delays. Therefore, www.andreeapreda.com cannot be held responsible for such delays since they are not caused directly by us. 

4. Giving the situation, the client can apply by e-mail to andreea@andreeapreda.com for a guaranteed refund due to delivery delays only after 25 working days have passed since the order was shipped (for Europe) and 35 working days for the rest of the world.

5. For customers from Europe, we offer the possibility of choosing the fast shipping method with delivery times between 5 and 9 working days after the shipping date. If fast shipping is desired for the rest of the world, please notify us by sending an e-mail to andreea@andreeapreda.com.
